JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of global security operations experience, preferably in a GSOC or enterprise security environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CCURE 9000 access control systems.
  • Experience operating Victor video surveillance systems..
  • Strong knowledge of alarm panels, intrusion detection, and incident escalation procedures.
  • Proven experience with access control and badge management.
  • Ability to monitor and respond to alarms, CCTV feeds, while conducting 24/7 video surveillance monitoring to identify, assess, and appropriately respond to security events in global operations environment.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, due to changing operational needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive in high-pressure situations.
  • Proven experience with access control and badge management. 
  • CPR/First Aid certification (required or ability to obtain upon hire)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting global or multi-site security operations.
  • Familiarity with security reporting systems and incident management platforms.
  • Background in corporate, critical infrastructure, or large-scale enterprise security environments.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout interior areas, entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site policies, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support closing and opening routines, assist with alarms and after-hours activity, and complete required reports, logs, and other documentation related to daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Possess a college degree.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
