What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor radio, telephone, camera, and/or alarm activity, receive calls for service, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document incidents, maintenance concerns, and unusual activity in logs and reports, and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Coordinate responses to incidents and critical situations by gathering details, relaying instructions, and helping support timely follow-up from field personnel and/or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, noting security-related concerns, access issues, and/or areas that may need additional attention.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to ride a bike is required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
