As a Security Officer Patrol Rover in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, you will drive and patrol assigned areas, helping to support a welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and staff. This role includes routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and responding to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor activity on site and help to deter unauthorized access, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations through visible presence and routine observation.
• Support store personnel, visitors, and/or contractors with directions, access-related questions, and reporting of maintenance, security-related, and/or customer service concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
