As a Security Officer Digital Reporting Patrol in Leesburg, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer in a dynamic data center location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities in a data center location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report policy violations or maintenance issues observed during assigned rounds.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
