As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Officer in Brookshire, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with management and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assisting with access control, loss prevention support, and/or enforcement of location rules and procedures.
• Support closing and opening activities, monitor for suspicious behavior, and provide visible presence throughout the location while following all armed post orders and reporting protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
