Job Description


As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic auto location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong communication and customer service. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing and/or corporate location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking lots, shipping and receiving zones, office spaces, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points and vehicle traffic, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and report security-related concerns involving restricted areas, deliveries, and/or after-hours entry attempts.
  • Observe workplace conditions and report maintenance issues, hazards, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity that could impact operations, personnel, or property.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
