Join Allied Universal as a Screener in a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will help monitor access, screen people and/or materials, and support daily security-related operations with professionalism and care. This is a driving post. You will stay visible, assist with routine site activities, and deliver strong customer service while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and site personnel by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points at the location, verify credentials and shipment-related access requirements, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Conduct screening of people, packages, and/or belongings in accordance with post procedures while documenting findings and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, noting potential hazards, access concerns, and other security-related issues within the logistics and distribution location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
