As a Security Officer Screening Operations in Rialto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will help monitor access points, screen visitors and/or deliveries, and support security-related procedures with professionalism and care. This role combines strong communication, attention to detail, and a visible presence to help discourage incidents while assisting people throughout the site. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Perform screening activities for people, packages, and/or personal property entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and client-directed procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or shipping-related documentation, and report suspicious, unauthorized, or policy-related concerns.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around designated areas, including screening zones, receiving and shipping areas, and perimeter locations, as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
