As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Response in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Allied Universal officer at a dynamic retail and entertainment location, you will monitor activity, conduct routine unarmed patrols, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. This is a driving post, with responsibilities that include mobile patrols throughout assigned areas. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, escalating issues when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and entertainment location, including entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor assigned areas for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns, and report observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support crowd flow, line management, and high-traffic activity during busy periods, special events, and/or peak business hours while maintaining a visible security-related presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
