You will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and communications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting observations according to site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and support visitor management processes in line with site-specific expectations.
• Communicate with site contacts, employees, and local responders as needed regarding security-related matters, suspicious activity, and/or operational disruptions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
