As a Security Officer Dispatch Specialist in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Officer supporting a dynamic commercial real estate location. In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate responses to security-related concerns, communicate with on-site personnel, and help maintain smooth daily operations. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate communication between on-site personnel, building management, and/or first responders.
  • Monitor radio, phone, and electronic communications systems, dispatching personnel to reported issues and maintaining accurate activity logs, incident reports, and status updates.
  • Support access-related operations by reviewing visitor, vendor, and contractor information, documenting unusual activity, and relaying relevant details to the appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while observing conditions at the location and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
