As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Unit in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an armed officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, lobby areas, parking facilities, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns or maintenance issues.
• Monitor access points and sensitive areas, verify credentials when required, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or suspicious persons in accordance with site procedures.
• Perform armed post duties in accordance with company policy and local requirements, maintaining professional presence and readiness while supporting emergency situations and routine security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
