As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a high-energy retail and entertainment location, helping to deter security-related incidents through visible presence, routine patrols, and strong customer service. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific policies, monitoring guest activity, and assisting with security-related concerns in entertainment, retail, and parking areas.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, exits, perimeters, parking areas, and high-traffic guest spaces, to help identify and report unusual activity.
  • Monitor access points and observe venue operations to help support orderly entry, exit, and crowd movement during busy periods and special events.
  • Document incidents, policy violations, and maintenance or hazard-related observations, and communicate relevant details to Allied Universal supervisors and/or site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
