Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Screen visitors, team members, and/or deliveries entering the retail location in accordance with established access procedures and posted requirements.
• Respond to incidents, screening concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant activity to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
• Monitor entry points and high-traffic areas for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or prohibited items to help support a professional retail environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, noting conditions that may require follow-up or additional security-related attention.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
