As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, acts with integrity, and brings an agile, reliable, and people-first approach to every shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activities, and/or emergency response support as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including warehouse areas, loading and unloading zones, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or operational disruptions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and report suspicious behavior, damaged property, and/or policy concerns in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines and site procedures.
• Support security-related operations at a busy distribution location by observing trailer yards, package handling areas, and vehicle traffic patterns, and reporting conditions that may require attention.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
