As a Security Officer Customer Service Patrol in Gilbert, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence, and support access activities with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors, drivers, and/or personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the warehouse, distribution, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entrances, gates, loading areas, and/or shipping and receiving zones, helping to deter unauthorized entry and maintain orderly site operations.
• Support logistics and distribution operations by reporting security-related concerns, verifying authorized movement within restricted areas, and following post orders related to trailers, deliveries, and/or visitor activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
