As a Security Officer Patrol Monitor in Attapulgus, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to location protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter zones, noting conditions that could impact operations and/or personnel.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor logs, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas within the location.
• Support chemical and petrochemical location policies by observing for spills, equipment issues, policy violations, and other unusual activity, then communicating findings to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
