Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out site-specific procedures, verifying credentials, controlling entry and exit points, and supporting security-related protocols for employees, visitors, and/or drivers.
• Monitor access control activity at gates, lobbies, dock areas, and/or other restricted points, document arrivals and departures, and help to deter unauthorized access within a logistics and distribution environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed, and complete detailed reports on security-related events.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, including warehouse, trailer yard, parking, and dock areas, while observing conditions and reporting unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Support shipping and receiving area procedures by checking identification, reviewing delivery and pickup information, managing visitor and vehicle logs, and following post orders related to security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
