Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a dynamic tech, media, and telecommunications location.
• Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, checking identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating entry procedures with professionalism.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Answer phones, direct guests, receive deliveries, and support other front desk and security-related administrative duties in accordance with location policies.
• Observe lobby and reception area activity to help identify concerns, document relevant information, and notify the appropriate personnel when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
