The Client Services Specialist will be responsible for providing first level of customer support to general Safety and Security inquiries. Customer service is provided through various levels of communication not limited to phone calls, emails and in person. In addition, this position is responsible for badge distribution of walk in clients and remote locations. We are seeking a qualified customer service professional to function as a Client Services Specialist (CSS) at our account in San Jose, California. The CSS position is designed to maximize the service, response and communication to our clients to ensure their requests are handled in a timely and professional manner. The CSS must have excellent customer service skills and be able to make appropriate business decisions under various safety and security situations.
