Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points, noting unusual conditions and helping to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, observe for policy violations, and report maintenance, hazard, and/or security-related concerns.
• Support daily operations at a busy commercial property by assisting with visitor inquiries, providing directions, and maintaining a visible presence throughout changing site conditions and schedules.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
