As a Security Officer Patrol in Ontario, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, warehouses, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter routes, with attention to unusual activity and/or conditions that could help to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned posts to verify authorized movement of people, vehicles, and deliveries while following site protocols for visitors, drivers, and/or vendors.
• Support daily operations by communicating clearly with site personnel, assisting with routine questions, and completing required reports related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or policy-related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
