As a Security Officer Dispatch in Albany, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. In this role, you will help maintain awareness of activity, assist with routine reporting, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, answering incoming calls, and routing security-related communications to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor radios, telephones, alarms, cameras, and other communication systems to receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document incidents, service requests, and emergency notifications in dispatch logs and related systems with clear and timely updates for responding personnel and site leadership.
• Coordinate security-related and emergency response activity by communicating with officers, hospital departments, and/or first responders based on the nature of the incident.
• Support hospital location operations by helping to deter unauthorized activity, reporting unusual conditions, and following post orders and site-specific policies at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
