As a Security Officer Unarmed Foot Patrols in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a hotel and resort location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout lobbies, guest areas, corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and activity throughout the location, assisting with visitor direction, policy awareness, and reporting of maintenance, lighting, and/or property concerns.
• Support a welcoming environment by maintaining a visible presence, providing courteous assistance, and following Allied Universal standards for incident response, reporting, and customer interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
