As a Security Officer Patrol Monitor in El Dorado Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key locations to help to control access, observe site activity, and report security-related issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior.
• Support daily operations at the location by preparing reports, maintaining accurate activity logs, and assisting with tenant and visitor inquiries in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
