This is a driving post. In this role, you will contribute to security-related operations through strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and integrity while representing our agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture.

Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and vendors by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and supporting authorized entry and exit activity at the location.
  • Monitor entrances, gates, and/or designated access points, document arrivals and departures, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with emergency response activities and other security-related concerns when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Complete required logs, reports, and communication records related to visitor management, deliveries, and other access control and security-related events.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
