Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following site-specific procedures, screening entry and exit activity, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points for employees, visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining accurate access-related records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, production areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
• Support security-related operations at a manufacturing and industrial location by helping to control unauthorized access, monitoring vehicle traffic, and communicating clearly with personnel entering and leaving the site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
