As a Security Officer Bike Patrol in Inglewood, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with property management and/or public emergency personnel when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, corridors, parking areas, loading zones, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and other assigned points for security-related concerns, access issues, and/or policy violations, reporting findings according to post instructions.
• Support daily property operations by assisting with visitor direction, answering routine questions, and maintaining a professional presence that helps to promote order throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be able to ride a bike.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be able to ride a bike for long periods of time preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
