As a Security Officer Dispensary in Culver City, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by following site-specific policies, monitoring for security-related concerns, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, storefront areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help observe access activity, assist with de-escalation when needed, and report security-related issues in a timely manner.
• Complete incident reports, daily activity logs, and/or other required documentation related to patrol observations, customer interactions, and site events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
