Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related concerns, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. In this armed role, you will respond to site needs with professionalism, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a caring, reliable, and innovative culture.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors, contractors, and employees while carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate to an armed post at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and other security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or deliveries as directed, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy violations to site contacts and/or local responders when appropriate.
• Maintain readiness for an armed assignment by following all licensing requirements, post instructions, and equipment handling procedures while supporting a professional presence across the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
