Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with a caring, agile, and reliable approach, working as part of a team that values innovation and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, operational concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related issues to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor the movement of people, vehicles, and deliveries at designated entry and exit points, helping to verify authorized access and following site procedures for visitors and/or contractors.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by observing site activity, reporting damaged doors, gates, lighting, and/or other conditions that could affect security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
