You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, property policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated access points, verifying credentials, visitor information, and delivery activity while following established security-related protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity, maintenance concerns, and other unusual conditions at the location.
• Support daily lobby and property operations by assisting with visitor check-in, directing guests, maintaining access records, and communicating clearly with tenants, contractors, and management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement, correction or military experience.
• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
