Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidance, and emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and support security-related operations.
• Monitor entry points and sensitive areas, document observations and incidents, and communicate with site contacts and/or public responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Vaccinations required for hospital assignments.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue environment.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• A minimum of 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
