As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Saint Augustine, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Residential Patrol Officer, where you will drive through the community, complete routine patrols, and remain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents. In this people-first role, you will support residents and guests with strong communication and customer service while bringing agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to each shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a residential location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and/or vendor access as directed by site policies, and assist with maintaining order throughout the property.
• Support Allied Universal standards by communicating clearly with residents, property management, and/or first responders during routine activities and unusual events.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
