As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist in Kenosha, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a fast-paced logistics location, where you will monitor activity, conduct routine patrols, and help support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. In this role, you will remain visible, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity in every interaction.

Minimum 1 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior and exterior areas, to help identify unusual activity and potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and help verify authorized entry for staff, guests, deliveries, and/or contractors in accordance with location guidelines.
• Support daily operations by documenting activities, communicating with site contacts, and assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
