As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Arkansas City, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will also deliver outstanding customer service and communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team culture built on integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify entry authorization for staff, visitors, deliveries, and/or vendors in accordance with location protocols for a manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Support site operations by reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations, and by assisting with traffic, visitor, and after-hours activity as directed by location procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
