As a Security Officer Driver Gatehouse in Antioch, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal in a dynamic logistics and distribution location as an Access Control Officer in a driving post. You will monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring access points, verifying credentials, and supporting visitor, driver, and contractor entry and exit activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Monitor gates, entrances, badge activity, trailer yard access, and other restricted areas to help support authorized movement of personnel, vehicles, and deliveries throughout the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, access control issues, and other security-related concerns.
• Complete logs, reports, and other assigned records related to visitors, deliveries, incidents, and daily security-related operations in accordance with site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
