What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within an automotive finance and business location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee movement, and document daily activities, incidents, and/or policy-related concerns in accordance with site guidelines.
• Support Allied Universal and site personnel by following post orders, reporting maintenance or security-related issues, and assisting with routine operational needs as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A current guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
