As a Security Officer Alarm Panel Patrol in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and document relevant details according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor entry points, observe onsite activity, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate contacts.
• Support access control and visitor-related processes while maintaining a visible presence that helps to deter unauthorized activity and promotes a professional environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
