As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Sentinel in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, checkpoints, baggage areas, parking locations, and perimeter access points as assigned.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access, observe unusual activity, and/or assist with crowd and queue management during busy travel periods.
• Communicate with site contacts, law enforcement, and/or emergency personnel as needed while providing courteous assistance and clear directions to the public.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
