Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access procedures, screening protocols, and other security-related policies at an automotive location.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points for pedestrian and vehicle traffic, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document activity in accordance with post orders.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report concerns to site leadership.
• Communicate clearly with site contacts, delivery personnel, and guests regarding entry requirements, restricted areas, and security-related procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
