What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and other dispatch systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and relay information to assigned personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Coordinate communication between on-site personnel, building management, and/or first responders during incidents, medical events, and other critical situations while following post orders and reporting protocols.
• Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, helping to support accurate communication, timely follow-up, and continuity of security-related operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
