As a Security Officer Access Screening Driver in Mont Belvieu, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help support site access procedures. You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication while helping to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, maintain access logs, and report unusual activity or access concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while supporting site protocols and Allied Universal standards.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, gates, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential hazards or security-related concerns.
• Assist with vehicle screening, delivery coordination, and contractor check-in processes while communicating clearly with site personnel regarding post instructions and access requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
