As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Lexington, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support tenants, visitors, and staff with outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to help to deter trespassing, loitering, and/or other security-related concerns while maintaining a professional presence.
• Report maintenance issues, lighting concerns, unsecured doors, and/or other property-related conditions that may impact daily operations or require follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
