As a Security Officer Trauma Patrol Driver in Hendersonville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations and/or concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas, assist with access control practices, and support staff and visitors with directions and general assistance.
• Document routine activities, incidents, and policy-related concerns in a clear and timely manner, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and/or location contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Required hospital vaccinations must be obtained and/or documented.
• Must be able to work in a hospital environment that includes a morgue.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
