As a Security Officer Dispatch with Active Clearance in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic aero and defense location. In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and help to support timely responses to security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor communications channels, receive and document calls for service, and dispatch personnel to routine, priority, and emergency incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, helping to support accurate communication and coordination across the location.
• Assist with access-related inquiries, alarm notifications, and after-hours requests, escalating concerns through established protocols and/or chain of command.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, with working environments and conditions varying by location and assignment.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• CPR Certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
