As a Security Officer Credential Check Driver in Calabasas, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal at a residential location where you will help manage access control, monitor entry activity, and support a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff. This is a driving post, with responsibilities that may include vehicle patrols and visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or delivery personnel by following site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at a residential location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and/or unusual activity in accordance with post instructions.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services or on-call property representatives when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrance areas, common areas, and/or the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report maintenance or property-related concerns.
• Support Allied Universal standards by preparing clear reports, communicating relevant updates to residents and site contacts, and assisting with emergency response activities when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• A college degree is required.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
