As a Security Officer Exterior Watch in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy transportation location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a team that puts people first and values innovative service.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, operational spaces, and perimeter locations as assigned.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, unusual behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Support orderly operations by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and documenting daily activities, incidents, and/or observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
