As a Security Officer Access Ambassador in Spartanburg, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location where you will help monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support a professional access control program. This role combines visible presence, routine patrols, and strong customer service to help address security-related concerns. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and documenting entry and exit activity at the location.
• Monitor entry points, gates, and/or designated access areas to help support authorized access, report unusual activity, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, using established protocols and contacting appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Complete logs, incident reports, and other required documentation related to security-related activities, policy violations, and/or operational concerns observed during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
