As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Manteca, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Our Security Officers monitor and patrol a busy retail location, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, with officers conducting routine vehicle and foot patrols, staying visible, and supporting daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a busy retail location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entry points, parking areas, receiving areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, high-traffic areas, and store operations to help to deter theft-related activity, policy violations, and/or disruptions while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support store personnel and visitors by providing directions, assisting with security-related questions, and communicating clearly during routine operations and/or emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A current guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
